Delivery & Shipping
We currently offer UK domestic delivery only.
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are printed and dispatched the same working day using Royal Mail Tracked 24, with next-day delivery in most areas.
For some remote areas where Royal Mail Tracked 24 is unavailable, orders will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 instead.
We charge a simple £5 flat-rate delivery fee per order, which covers your Royal Mail next day delivery and all packaging.
Order Cut-Off Times & Packaging
Our daily order cut-off is 4pm Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 4pm will be printed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 4pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Your labels will be securely packaged according to the size and quantity of your order. We use eco-friendly honeycomb padded mailers or recyclable boxes to help protect your labels during transit.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Delivery Issues & International Orders
While we aim for next-day delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 24, delivery times are ultimately dependent on Royal Mail and can occasionally vary.
If your order is delayed, damaged or has not arrived as expected, please contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to help.
We currently ship within the UK only. International delivery is not currently available, but we may introduce international shipping in the future.
